25Home offers a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months, starting on the date of delivery. Items or assets that have arrived damaged are also covered by the Warranty within 14 days of delivery. Anything outside of this period will NOT be covered.

To assert a warranty claim, please notify 25Home by submitting our Claim Submission Form located below. To help our warranty experts assess your product, pictures of the product from various angles and distances and a description of your damage are required. Videos are also available if the issue cannot be documented with photos.

Please note that photos (or videos) are indispensable for 25Home to assist you with any solution to a claim. We cannot offer any warranty on your product if the necessary evidence is not submitted.

Please note that our warranty isn’t transferrable: it can’t be extended to cover a resold item. The coverage is VOID once an item or asset has been relocated to a new address.

The manufacturer’s Warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the 25Home warranty.

The Limited Warranty
We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
How long is the limited warranty valid?
The Limited Warranty, subject to the exceptions for frames and springs below, remains in force for one year and is valid from the date of purchaser receipt (delivery or customer pick up).
Frames are covered for three (3) years for a structural defect in materials or workmanship not caused by neglect or abuse. Springs are also covered for three (3) years for breakage or detachment not caused by neglect or abuse.
In the event a defect that is covered by the warranty is found, We will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. The Living Spaces Warranty does not cover the cost of labor and transportation.
