The Limited Warranty:

25HOME provides a one-year limited warranty on the majority of its furniture, covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How long is the warranty valid?

Our Limited Warranty remains in effect for one year from the date of purchaser receipt, except for frames and springs which have separate coverage. Frames are covered for three years against structural defects not caused by neglect or abuse, while springs are covered for three years against breakage or detachment not caused by neglect or abuse.

If a defect covered by the warranty is found, we will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of labor and transportation.

What is covered (and what is not)?

The Limited Warranty covers material and workmanship defects in all 25home furniture, with the exceptions listed below.

The following are not covered by the 25HOME Limited Warranty:

Accidental damage and normal wear and tear resulting from in-home use.
Damage resulting from neglect or abuse. we will assess the product for neglect or abuse and make a determination at its own discretion.
Furniture used for commercial or institutional purposes, including but not limited to home daycare, business and rental purposes, and property staging.
Accessories or clearance and floor model furniture sold "as-is." These items are not eligible for exchange, refund, return, or service.
Additional items that may void the Limited Warranty include:
Customer modifications.
Fabric damage due to fabric protection application.
Colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics.
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents.
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including but not limited to pet hair, mold, bug infestation, and water damage.
Non-residential use.
Use for purposes not intended or designed for the product.
Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear.
Piling and wrinkling due to normal wear and tear.
Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements, including but not limited to sunlight.
Water damage to electrical components.
Natural wood grain characteristics.


This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from state to state. The limited warranty does not cover any implied warranties beyond its duration, and it does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The duration and scope of implied warranties may vary by state. Some states may also not allow limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
